This
27 year old, 5' 5", 149 pound female patient presented with
localized fat deposits of the front of the abdomen, flanks and upper
back. Suction-assisted liposuction of the front and back of the
trunk was performed. A total of 3000 cc of aspirate was obtained,
the fatty layer of which was 1600 cc. In the after photos, she has
a more pronounced waistline, more defined upper back and a flat
abdomen. The after photographs were taken 4.5 months after her surgery.

This 30 year old, 5' 0", 147 pound Hispanic female patient presented with localized fat deposits of the hips, inner (medial) thighs and abdomen. Before surgery, her upper hips were wider than her lower buttocks, and her abdomen protruded. She had an apple-shaped body, with fat deposits concentrated around the midsection. Suction-assisted liposuction of the hips, thighs and abdomen was performed; ultrasound assisted liposuction of the abdomen was also performed. A total of 5500 cc of aspirate was obtained; 325 from each inner thigh, 850 from each hip, and 3150 from the abdomen. After surgery, she had greatly improved contour with a flat abdomen, defined waistline and upper hips narrower than lower hips for more shapely buttocks. The after photographs were taken 1 month after her surgery.

This
37 year old, 5' 3", 125 pound female patient presented
with localized fat deposits of the hips, inner (medial) and
outer (lateral) thighs extending down to the knees. She had
a pear-shaped body with disproportionate fat deposits in the
lower body. Ultrasonic-assisted and standard liposuction were
performed to achieve contouring of the hips and legs, including
knees. A total of 3750 cc of aspirate was obtained. After surgery,
the patient had narrower hips, buttocks and thighs, with no
"saddlebag" bulge, more shapely lower body contour
and more proportionate and balanced upper and lower body. The
after photographs were taken 1month after her surgery.

This
34 year old, 5' 7", 172 pound male patient presented
with localized abdominal fat causing the appearance of a protruding
abdomen. Circumferential (all the way around) liposuction
of the trunk was performed using ultrasound-assisted liposuction
and standard liposuction. After surgery, his abdomen was flatter
and his waistline more pronounced. The after photographs were
taken 3 months after his surgery.

This
37 year old, 5' 2", 130 pound female patient presented
with microgenia (small chin) with localized fat deposits
of the neck & chin (submental) area. Dr. Zevon inserted
a chin implant (McGhan small extended chin prosthesis) and
performed liposuction of the neck & chin (submental
liposuction.) After surgery, her upper and lower face are
more balanced, and her chin and neckline are perfectly sculpted.
The after photographs were taken 5 years after her surgery.
